SS9 TV ಕನ್ನಡ ಸುದ್ದಿಗಳನ್ನು ಹೇಗೆ ಸಂಗ್ರಹಿಸುತ್ತದೆ, ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸುತ್ತದೆ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸುತ್ತದೆ, ಹಾಗೂ ತಪ್ಪುಗಳನ್ನು ಹೇಗೆ ತಿದ್ದುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ಈ ನೀತಿ ವಿವರಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ನಮ್ಮ ಸುದ್ದಿಮನೆಯ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬರೂ ಇದನ್ನು ಪಾಲಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ.
ಸಂಪಾದಕೀಯ ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ್ಯ
ಯಾವ ಸುದ್ದಿ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಬೇಕು, ಹೇಗೆ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂಬ ನಿರ್ಧಾರವನ್ನು ನಮ್ಮ ಸಂಪಾದಕರು ಮಾತ್ರ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಜಾಹೀರಾತುದಾರರು, ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಪಕ್ಷಗಳು, ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಅಥವಾ ಯಾವುದೇ ಹಿತಾಸಕ್ತಿ ಗುಂಪು ಈ ನಿರ್ಧಾರಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ಪ್ರಭಾವ ಬೀರಲು ಅವಕಾಶವಿಲ್ಲ. ಜಾಹೀರಾತು ನೀಡಿದ ಮಾತ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಯಾರಿಗೂ ಸುದ್ದಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಶೇಷ ಸ್ಥಾನ ಸಿಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
ಮೂಲಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆ
- ಪ್ರಕಟಣೆಗೆ ಮುನ್ನ ವಾಸ್ತವಾಂಶಗಳನ್ನು ಅಧಿಕೃತ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳು ಅಥವಾ ಘಟನೆಯ ನೇರ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಇರುವ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳಿಂದ ಖಚಿತಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತೇವೆ.
- ಗಂಭೀರ ಆರೋಪಗಳಿಗೆ ಕನಿಷ್ಠ ಎರಡು ಸ್ವತಂತ್ರ ಮೂಲಗಳ ದೃಢೀಕರಣ ಅಥವಾ ದಾಖಲೆ ಆಧಾರ ಕಡ್ಡಾಯ.
- ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿರುವಲ್ಲೆಲ್ಲಾ ಮೂಲವನ್ನು ಹೆಸರಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ. ಅನಾಮಧೇಯ ಮೂಲವನ್ನು ಬಳಸುವುದಾದರೆ, ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಪಾದಕರ ಒಪ್ಪಿಗೆ ಬೇಕು ಮತ್ತು ಮೂಲದ ಗುರುತು ಸಂಪಾದಕರಿಗೆ ತಿಳಿದಿರಬೇಕು.
- ಅಪರಾಧ ಸುದ್ದಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯದ ತೀರ್ಪಿಗೂ ಮುನ್ನ ಆರೋಪಿಯನ್ನು ಅಪರಾಧಿ ಎಂದು ಬಿಂಬಿಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಅಪ್ರಾಪ್ತರು ಮತ್ತು ಲೈಂಗಿಕ ದೌರ್ಜನ್ಯ ಸಂತ್ರಸ್ತರ ಗುರುತನ್ನು ಬಹಿರಂಗಪಡಿಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
ಸುದ್ದಿ, ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರಾಯೋಜಿತ ವಿಷಯ
- ಸುದ್ದಿ ವರದಿಗಳು ವಾಸ್ತವಾಂಶಗಳನ್ನು ಆಧರಿಸಿರುತ್ತವೆ; ಅವುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ವರದಿಗಾರರ ವೈಯಕ್ತಿಕ ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯಕ್ಕೆ ಜಾಗವಿಲ್ಲ.
- ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯ, ಅಂಕಣ ಮತ್ತು ವಿಶ್ಲೇಷಣೆಗಳನ್ನು “ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯ” ಎಂದು ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟವಾಗಿ ಗುರುತಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ.
- ಪ್ರಾಯೋಜಿತ ಅಥವಾ ಹಣ ಪಡೆದು ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸುವ ವಿಷಯವನ್ನು “ಪ್ರಾಯೋಜಿತ” ಅಥವಾ “ಜಾಹೀರಾತು” ಎಂದು ಗುರುತಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ. ಅದನ್ನು ಎಂದಿಗೂ ಸುದ್ದಿಯ ರೂಪದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

- ಪ್ರತಿ ತಿದ್ದುಪಡಿ ಮನವಿಯನ್ನು 24 ಗಂಟೆಗಳೊಳಗೆ ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ. ವಾಸ್ತವಾಂಶದ ತಪ್ಪು ಖಚಿತವಾದರೆ ತಕ್ಷಣ ಸರಿಪಡಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ.
- ಗಮನಾರ್ಹ ತಿದ್ದುಪಡಿಗಳನ್ನು ಅದೇ ಲೇಖನದ ಕೊನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ, ಏನು ಬದಲಾಯಿತು ಮತ್ತು ಯಾವಾಗ ಎಂಬ ವಿವರದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸೂಚಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ. ತಪ್ಪನ್ನು ಸದ್ದಿಲ್ಲದೆ ಅಳಿಸಿಹಾಕುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
- ಕಾಗುಣಿತ ಅಥವಾ ಸಣ್ಣ ಭಾಷಾ ದೋಷಗಳನ್ನು ಟಿಪ್ಪಣಿ ಇಲ್ಲದೆ ಸರಿಪಡಿಸಬಹುದು.
ವೈರಲ್ ಸುದ್ದಿಗಳ ಸತ್ಯಶೋಧನೆ
ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಜಾಲತಾಣಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಹರಿದಾಡುವ ವಿಡಿಯೋ, ಫೋಟೋ ಅಥವಾ ಸಂದೇಶಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸದೆ ಸುದ್ದಿಯಾಗಿ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಅವುಗಳ ಮೂಲ, ದಿನಾಂಕ ಮತ್ತು ಸ್ಥಳವನ್ನು ರಿವರ್ಸ್ ಇಮೇಜ್ ಸರ್ಚ್, ಅಧಿಕೃತ ಮೂಲಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಸಂಪರ್ಕಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ಖಚಿತಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತೇವೆ. ದೃಢಪಡಿಸಲಾಗದ ಸಂಗತಿಯ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ವರದಿ ಮಾಡಬೇಕಾದರೆ, ಅದು “ದೃಢಪಟ್ಟಿಲ್ಲ” ಎಂದು ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟವಾಗಿ ತಿಳಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ.

ನಮ್ಮ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದು ಸುದ್ದಿಯಲ್ಲೂ ಅದನ್ನು ಬರೆದ ವರದಿಗಾರರ ಅಥವಾ ಸಂಪಾದಕರ ಹೆಸರು ಇರುತ್ತದೆ. ಸುದ್ದಿಸಂಸ್ಥೆ ಅಥವಾ ಪತ್ರಿಕಾ ಪ್ರಕಟಣೆಯನ್ನು ಆಧರಿಸಿದ ವರದಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಆ ಮೂಲವನ್ನು ಉಲ್ಲೇಖಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ.
ಕೃತಕ ಬುದ್ಧಿಮತ್ತೆ (AI) ಬಳಕೆ
ಅನುವಾದದ ಕರಡು, ಧ್ವನಿಮುದ್ರಣವನ್ನು ಬರಹಕ್ಕೆ ಇಳಿಸುವುದು ಅಥವಾ ಶೀರ್ಷಿಕೆ ಸಲಹೆಯಂತಹ ಕೆಲಸಗಳಿಗೆ AI ಉಪಕರಣಗಳನ್ನು ಬಳಸಬಹುದು. ಆದರೆ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದು ಲೇಖನವನ್ನು ಪ್ರಕಟಣೆಗೆ ಮುನ್ನ ನಮ್ಮ ಸಂಪಾದಕರು ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಲೇಖನ ಅಥವಾ ಚಿತ್ರದ ರಚನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ AI ಗಮನಾರ್ಹ ಪಾತ್ರ ವಹಿಸಿದ್ದರೆ, ಅದನ್ನು ಆ ಲೇಖನದಲ್ಲೇ ತಿಳಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ. AI ರಚಿಸಿದ ಚಿತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ನೈಜ ಘಟನೆಯ ಫೋಟೋಗಳೆಂದು ಬಿಂಬಿಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

Editorial Policy
This policy explains how SS9 TV Kannada gathers, verifies and publishes news, and how we correct mistakes. Everyone in our newsroom follows it.
Editorial Independence
Decisions about what we publish, and how, are made by our editors alone. Advertisers, political parties, government bodies and other interest groups have no influence over those decisions. Buying advertising does not buy coverage.
Sourcing and Verification
- Before publishing, we confirm facts with official records or with people who have direct knowledge of the events.
- Serious allegations require confirmation from at least two independent sources, or documentary evidence.
- We name our sources wherever possible. An anonymous source is used only with an editor’s approval, and the editor must know the source’s identity.
- In crime reports, we do not present an accused person as guilty before a court verdict. We do not reveal the identity of minors or survivors of sexual violence.
News, Opinion and Sponsored Content
- News reports are based on facts; reporters’ personal opinions have no place in them.
- Opinion pieces, columns and analysis are clearly labelled “Opinion”.
- Sponsored or paid content is labelled “Sponsored” or “Advertisement” and is never presented as news.
Corrections Policy
- To report an error, email contact@ss9tv.com with the article link and details of the mistake.
- We review every correction request within 24 hours and fix confirmed factual errors without delay.
- Significant corrections are noted at the end of the article itself, stating what was changed and when. We do not quietly delete mistakes.
- Minor spelling or grammar fixes may be made without a note.
Fact-Checking Viral Claims
We do not publish videos, photos or messages circulating on social media as news without checking them first. We verify their origin, date and location using reverse image search, official sources and local contacts. If we report on a claim we cannot confirm, we say clearly that it is unverified.
Bylines
Every story carries the name of the reporter or editor who wrote it. Reports based on a news agency or a press release credit that source.
Use of AI Tools
We may use AI tools for tasks such as draft translations, transcribing recordings or suggesting headlines. Every article is reviewed by an editor before it is published. Where AI has played a significant part in producing an article or image, we disclose it in that article. We never present AI-generated images as real photographs of events.
Right of Reply
Before publishing a story that criticises or makes allegations against a person or organisation, we try to obtain their response. After publication, they can send their response to contact@ss9tv.com, and we will add a fair summary of it to the article.
