ನಿಯಮಗಳ ಸ್ವೀಕಾರ
SS9 TV ಕನ್ನಡ (ss9tv.com) ತಾಣವನ್ನು ಬಳಸುವ ಮೂಲಕ ನೀವು ಈ ನಿಯಮಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಷರತ್ತುಗಳಿಗೆ ಹಾಗೂ ನಮ್ಮ ಗೌಪ್ಯತಾ ನೀತಿಗೆ ಒಪ್ಪಿಗೆ ನೀಡುತ್ತೀರಿ. ನಿಮಗೆ ಒಪ್ಪಿಗೆ ಇಲ್ಲದಿದ್ದರೆ ದಯವಿಟ್ಟು ತಾಣವನ್ನು ಬಳಸಬೇಡಿ.
ಅನುಮತಿಸಲಾದ ಬಳಕೆ
ಈ ತಾಣದ ವಿಷಯವನ್ನು ವೈಯಕ್ತಿಕ, ವಾಣಿಜ್ಯೇತರ ಉದ್ದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ಓದಬಹುದು, ನೋಡಬಹುದು ಮತ್ತು ಅದರ ಲಿಂಕ್ ಹಂಚಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬಹುದು. ಕೆಳಗಿನವುಗಳಿಗೆ ಅನುಮತಿ ಇಲ್ಲ:
- ತಾಣದ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಣೆಗೆ ಅಡ್ಡಿಪಡಿಸುವುದು ಅಥವಾ ಅನಧಿಕೃತವಾಗಿ ಪ್ರವೇಶಿಸಲು ಯತ್ನಿಸುವುದು
- ಸ್ವಯಂಚಾಲಿತ ಸಾಧನಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ವಿಷಯವನ್ನು ಸಾಮೂಹಿಕವಾಗಿ ನಕಲು ಮಾಡುವುದು
- ಕಾನೂನುಬಾಹಿರ ಉದ್ದೇಶಗಳಿಗೆ ತಾಣವನ್ನು ಬಳಸುವುದು
ಬೌದ್ಧಿಕ ಆಸ್ತಿ
ಬೇರೆ ಮೂಲದ್ದು ಎಂದು ಉಲ್ಲೇಖಿಸಿರುವುದನ್ನು ಹೊರತುಪಡಿಸಿ, ಈ ತಾಣದಲ್ಲಿನ ಎಲ್ಲ ಬರಹ, ಫೋಟೋ ಮತ್ತು ವಿಡಿಯೋಗಳು SS9 TV ಕನ್ನಡದ ಸ್ವತ್ತು. ನಮ್ಮ ಲಿಖಿತ ಅನುಮತಿ ಇಲ್ಲದೆ ಇವುಗಳನ್ನು ಪುನರ್‌ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸುವುದು, ನಕಲಿಸುವುದು ಅಥವಾ ಬೇರೆ ವೇದಿಕೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಮರು-ಅಪ್‌ಲೋಡ್ ಮಾಡುವುದು ನಿಷಿದ್ಧ.

ಕಾಮೆಂಟ್ ಮಾಡುವಾಗ ಪಾಲಿಸಬೇಕಾದ ನಿಯಮಗಳು
- ಯಾವುದೇ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿ ಅಥವಾ ಸಮುದಾಯವನ್ನು ನಿಂದಿಸುವ, ಬೆದರಿಸುವ ಅಥವಾ ದ್ವೇಷ ಹರಡುವ ಕಾಮೆಂಟ್‌ಗಳಿಗೆ ಅವಕಾಶವಿಲ್ಲ.
- ಮಾನಹಾನಿಕರ, ಅಶ್ಲೀಲ ಅಥವಾ ಉದ್ದೇಶಪೂರ್ವಕವಾಗಿ ಸುಳ್ಳು ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಹರಡುವ ಕಾಮೆಂಟ್‌ಗಳನ್ನು ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
- ಜಾಹೀರಾತು, ಸ್ಪ್ಯಾಮ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಇತರರ ವೈಯಕ್ತಿಕ ವಿವರ (ಫೋನ್ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ, ವಿಳಾಸ) ಹಂಚಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು ನಿಷಿದ್ಧ.
- ಯಾವುದೇ ಕಾಮೆಂಟ್ ಅನ್ನು ಸೂಚನೆ ನೀಡದೆ ತಿದ್ದುವ ಅಥವಾ ತೆಗೆದುಹಾಕುವ ಹಕ್ಕು ನಮಗಿದೆ. ಕಾಮೆಂಟ್‌ನ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿ ಅದನ್ನು ಬರೆದವರದ್ದು.
ಮೂರನೇ ಪಕ್ಷದ ಲಿಂಕ್‌ಗಳು
ತಾಣದಲ್ಲಿನ ಬಾಹ್ಯ ಲಿಂಕ್‌ಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಜಾಹೀರಾತುಗಳು ನಮ್ಮ ನಿಯಂತ್ರಣದಲ್ಲಿಲ್ಲದ ತಾಣಗಳಿಗೆ ಕರೆದೊಯ್ಯಬಹುದು. ಆ ತಾಣಗಳ ವಿಷಯ, ಸೇವೆ ಅಥವಾ ನೀತಿಗಳಿಗೆ ನಾವು ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರರಲ್ಲ.
ಹೊಣೆಗಾರಿಕೆಯ ಮಿತಿ
ತಾಣದ ವಿಷಯವನ್ನು “ಇದ್ದಂತೆಯೇ” ಒದಗಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಕಾನೂನು ಅನುಮತಿಸುವ ಮಟ್ಟಿಗೆ, ತಾಣದ ಬಳಕೆಯಿಂದ ಅಥವಾ ಅದನ್ನು ಬಳಸಲಾಗದಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ಉಂಟಾಗುವ ಯಾವುದೇ ನೇರ ಅಥವಾ ಪರೋಕ್ಷ ನಷ್ಟಕ್ಕೆ SS9 TV ಕನ್ನಡ ಹೊಣೆಯಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
ನಿಯಮಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಬದಲಾವಣೆ
ಈ ನಿಯಮಗಳನ್ನು ಯಾವಾಗ ಬೇಕಾದರೂ ಪರಿಷ್ಕರಿಸಬಹುದು. ಪರಿಷ್ಕೃತ ನಿಯಮಗಳು ಇದೇ ಪುಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಕಟವಾದ ಕ್ಷಣದಿಂದ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ಬರುತ್ತವೆ. ಬದಲಾವಣೆಯ ನಂತರವೂ ತಾಣ ಬಳಸಿದರೆ, ಪರಿಷ್ಕೃತ ನಿಯಮಗಳನ್ನು ನೀವು ಒಪ್ಪಿದ್ದೀರಿ ಎಂದು ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
